What are bronchogenic cysts?

These are congenital malformations of the bronchial tree in the lungs, usually filled with fluid. 

What causes bronchogenic cysts?

These are rare congenital cysts, which means a child is born with them. They occur equally often in girls and boys. 

How is it diagnosed?

They can be diagnosed using X-ray, CT scan or MRI. 

How we treat Bronchogenic cysts

Treatment may include surgical excision or aspiration under CT guidance.
