I felt like the provider came into the appointment with a treatment plan before fully listening to my concerns or reviewing my previous treatment history. The only options presented were TRT or injections, despite my explaining that I have already tried 3-4 PDE5 medications, TRT, and a vacuum pump without success. I don't feel that my prior treatment failures were adequately considered in the discussion. I also expressed that my primary goal is to identify the underlying cause of my condition rather than simply trying another treatment, but I didn't feel that concern was addressed. I left the appointment feeling like my history and goals were not fully taken into account when developing a treatment plan.
