Ms Hahn was right on time for the call. She began by asking how I was feeling. She then gave me very clear instructions as to what the plan would be going forward. She gave me the opportunity to ask questions about the plan. I left the call with the feeling that she really cared about my case. She has my total respect and confidence.

Betsy was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. She didn't rush out the door but realized our concern and was empathetic. She explained the options and the reasons for having a biopsy. We were impressed with her commitment to patient care!
