Dr. Basher is an example of what physicians should be- attentive, personal, gives clear explanations and spells out choices.

She is very thorough and answered all my questions.

Dr Basher is a wonderful doctor who takes excellent care of me. I recommend everyone I know to take the trip to Nashville to go to Vanderbilt for care because everyone is nice, knowledgeable, quick to respond to emails, and take the time and work for great care.All staff and doctors are wonderful.

When asking questions to the provider, she didn't give me ample time to ask any of my questions and concerns, was defensive and dismissive towards me to the point I was hesitant to ask additional questions. I was rushed through my appointment and left feeling devalued with no plan of action and that several of my concerns were pushed off to pcp and hepatology. Very discouraged and disappointed.

Dr Basher is patient, and listens to my concerns. She explains the medical reasons for all her decisions regarding my care, and is open to ideas I may have.
