She answered all my questions and concerns and put message through to doctor to have my other questions addressed. She then followed up with me and relayed the doctors answers, and was able to refer me to my other provider.

Dr. Bottles was very pleasant to speak with, showed concern, answered all my questions.

I was really concerned establishing a new primary because of the relationship of my former NP. Kayla made all of my concerns go away by her attention to my details, listening to my history and issues and even reassured me of her care of me as a patient.

Great visit! Olivia is knowledgeable, appropriately confident, patient, caring and compassionate. As a surgeon myself, I felt very comfortable with her care. She answered all of my questions (some before I could even ask them) regarding wound care, current and future activity limitations and continued follow-up care. She did not make me feel rushed during the appointment. She was compassionate in discussing my pain control and skilled as we collaborated on changes to my analgesia regimen I would recommend her, without reservation, to care for any family member or friend of mine. She and Dr. Drolet make a great team! VUMC and Nashville should be.proud to have them on staff!

Answered all questions to satifaction

Again, she was excellent. I was pretty desperate to get my drain removed this morning, and she explained how a few more days would benefit me. Not what I wanted to hear, but she did it in such a way that I could wrap my head around this and hold off a bit longer!
