As I said earlier, this was a busy time for the staff. Time spent may have been less that on other visits. My case is managed and does not require complicated conversation.

Everything was thoroughly expressed and explained. I was engaged.

None of my recent labs were reviewed with me and not much time was spent speaking about my condition or the infusion visit. About 5 minutes no more than 10 being generous, and I was charged a $60 specialist copay. That consult was unnecessary for the time spent considering I'd previously had this type of treatment and could have saved me $60 plus the insurance bill.

Jenny is very kind, caring and knowledgeable. She doesn't rush through the appointment and is a very good listener. I can't say enough good things about her.
