Having a rare genetic disorder makes it very difficult to find doctors who are willing to listen to your concerns and care enough to find out answers about a particular condition that they might not be familiar with normally. I would rather have a doctor tell me that they don't know the answer to my question but they are willing to look into it rather than dismissing my concerns altogether. Dr Burnette has been willing to work with us and help get answers when other physicians have quickly referred us to other doctors.

The doctor was very nice, but clearly running behind. Spent a little time with us, but I had to keep asking questions to get the information I needed. He seems like a very good doctor, but just stretched too thin.

Doctor was great! Fellow, not so much. While sitting near her, she began to talk to a student that came in with her about my son like I wasn't there! (Very upsetting and poor bedside manner)
