Excellent care

Very competent and caring. Provided insights about my overall spine condition and hinted at post-epidural approaches. But not enough time for thorough explanation or specific course of action. While all the professionals with whom I am given care are highly capable, this is not a well-integrated care team.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Chen. She was very approachable, answered all my questions, explained everything before the procedure, checked with me during the procedure to see if I was doing OKetc., etc. I was extremely pleased that my appointment was with Dr. Chen. I will definitely request her again if I have any further problems. And, I will recommend her to anyone that needs back pain relief!!
