This was our first experience with Vandy and I can say it did not leave me wanting to go back... I am scheduling a neuro apt with our regular children's hospital. I did not feel heard or listened too- There really was no outcome of this appointment and basically I was told to go back to the dr who referred us to begin with. Given my child's health history- a referral and then to just feel brushed off- I was not happy. The dr. Was kind and knowledgeable it seemed, but just not a good appointment.

We will never go see Dr. C again. She was abrasive, rough with injections, not friendly, not talking my daughter through procedures. No soft skills and does not need to work with kids.

What she does has been very helpful, over time the appointments get easier

Dr. Ciobanu is one of the best doctors I have ever been to (and I've been to many). She is extremely knowledgeable and continues learning and researching about my condition. She is unique in her kindness and encouragement and constant determination to help me.

Equally listened to my thoughts and also advising additional information. Encouraging me to continue researching and have me additional helpful information! Also helped make a unified decision on next steps together.

I love my doctor!!!

I'm so grateful that the doctor listened to both me and my child. She went above and beyond.

Mariana Ciobanu did a wonderful job addressing our concerns and providing information about possible treatment and answering questions. We were not able to find the excuse note to return to school on the portal. It would be wonderfulto have an icon for excuse notes for school. Our provider did ask for assistance with this.
