After visit summary reported a physical exam which never took place. Dr. Copeland never made eye contact or examined me in any way. Other doctors in this practice (Dr. Carswell) are great!

Dr Copeland previously dismissed 3 health issues in Sept 2025 that I asked about during my physical and I started dealing with all of them in Oct 2025. He typically disagrees with other Vanderbilt providers, even those who have more specialized experience. This does not build trust and my most recent experience with my last prescription illustrates my concern. He is not treating based on wholistic view of my health.

Because it has been awhile I had a few stress of concern. Focus was on the physical and some of my other concerns were left out.
