This was my first time meeting Dr. Groth. She was knowledgeable about my eyes and the issues I'm dealing with right now. She asked details of my vision history and explained the diagnosis of my cataracts along with procedures she would be using. She also took the time to allow my wife and I to ask questions and discuss our concerns. She gave us clear answers we were able to understand. She was realistic about the success of cataract surgery and what I might expect. I appreciated her honesty. I'm excited to start the process.

Dr Groth is thorough, knowledgeable and always makes me feel like I'm the only patient she has. What I mean by that isshe cares about me personally. Vanderbilt is so lucky to have someone so smart about glaucoma within their system. I can tell you, if she left and went to the Mayo Clinic, I would follow her. She is the only one I trust with my eye sight.

Everyone was Polite and Caring. Everything was explained about my condition and what will happen next.
