Dr Haynes discovered my issue in 2020 and I am forever grateful, but this visit was different. He was disengaged, seemed to care less than he previously did about my case, and I waited for almost 3 hours to be seen. I have a job as well and got in a lot of trouble for being gone that ling,

The Epic system was down, and he managed to find my phone number and call me directly. He had even reviewed my test results the night before in preparation for an early morning. Call. Without that advanced preparation, we would've had to reschedule. I very much appreciate him doing that and making the effort to call me directly.

Dr. HAYNES has a very calming manner. He addressed all the Issues with clarity. I walked out of my appointment feeling confident In his care.

Rated only good for some questions as I had a finding at the final moments of exam that I did not fully digest, so I am left with questions going forward, but I have raised them through Patient Portal.
