Dr Jan is very good

He talked extremely fast, asked questions in a rapid-fire manner, and then misinterpreted things I said to him. I felt rushed. He seemed knowledgeable, but he also made me feel like an item on his checklist. Really disappointing to wait multiple months for an appt where I spent less than 10 mins with the doctor. Overall experience has not been good.

First visit with Dr Jam and his nurse. Could not ask for a better experience, put me at ease right away, listened to my concerns and discussed treatment options clearly and professionally.

The resident and attending were amazing!

Dr. Jan thoroughly explained the options, discussed the positive and negatives of the options. He left the decision to me, no pressure to select one over the other. Very pleased with his demeanor and the care he provided.

Listen, answer all questions, and very honest. He also referred me to someone that could assist with my issue.
