Dr. Joos goes above and beyond to make sure I understand what's happening to my eyesight, and to make sure I get the treatment/care I need to help preserve it.

She is in the process of finding out what is going on with my eyes at this time. Extra pictures were taken during this visit. She called me after the visit and requested a next-day visit to explain what the problem may be. This care is exceptional and is the reason I selected her for my eye doctor.

Longtime patient with every 6-month visits. Always updates on ocular pressures and how things look.

I was due to have eyes dilated at this exam, but because of the lateness in the day by the time I was called in to see her, she said it would be done at the next visit in 6 mos. The rest of the eye exam was rushed. I have glaucoma and did not feel I received the time needed for a thorough exam.
