Dr Kavoussi immediately reflected genuine care and concern about each aspect of my health issues. He had reviewed my medical records and was prepared to answer every question and discuss every possible plan for attention to fixing my urology problems. He listened attentively and was knowledgeable about my problems and his proposed plans for action to make me well again. It is obvious that he genuinely CARES about his patients!

Good experience

Urology clinic, which is supposed yo be a Center of Excellence has very poor provider to patient communication. I spoke to my surgeon the first time at deliver and very briefly for stent removal. I messaged clinic about post-op issue and felt I got inadequate response resulting In my subsequent hospitalization at Ascension for pyelenephritis, SAH, and 3 broken ribs from fall due to my Illness & post-op meds.

Excellent as always.
