Visit was for double vision in left eye. Said Neuro had nothing to do with eye. Ask why I thought it was my left eye !! Wanted me to discuss dementia and get started on treatment. I agreed to do blood test cause I felt my issue wasn't getting addressed. Dr. Klienfield has ordered an MRI and wants another eye exam which insurance will not pay.

The doctor explained everything as he examined me. He was very compassionate.

Dr. Kleinfeld is a great doctor

Physician was 45 minutes late in connecting with me and was about as personable as a shoe.

It was all helpful.

Doctor had his office call and said he would be delayed by approximately 15 minutes (he was already late when his office called) . He finally joined the televisit approximately 25 minutes (11:40) after the scheduled 11:15 appointment. NO apology for the delay and being late. Asked several basic questions and then seemed annoyed when I asked if I could get off Kappra since I had no issues in over 5 years. Referred me to the epilepsy clinic and ended the visit. Took all of 8 minutes for the visit.

I have been treated by Dr Kleinfeld on multiple occasions and am very satisfied with the care I have received from him.

I appreciate his willingness to explore a new treatment based on the changes in my personal experience and advancing age.

Professional, very well versed in taking care of my problems. He took care of getting me the appropriate treatments, rather than telling me to do it myself as other providers have done. I left my appt feeling as though there is light at the end of my difficult issues, and I was getting the best care.
