He was aware of what was going on due to my email and phone call to his office while trying to schedule my appointment. He was genuinely concerned and showed empathy towards my situation with my family and how the extreme sudden stress impacted my MS. He did a wonderful job of explaining to me what was going on with my body based on my symptoms, asked follow up questions to ensure that he truly understood.
