Provider seemed experienced and convincing. We didn't talk about length of treatment (2-3 years according to some sites, not negligible) or other solutions for the same problem.

This visit was just an off visit. I didn't feel like my concerns were being heard, but normally Dr. Lovvorn is great at explaining everything. It also could be that I was more of a worrywart this visit.

After waiting over an hour past our appointment time, our visit felt rushed.

I cannot stress enough that the quality of care provided to others has a huge impact on everyone. We were the last out the door that day because your doctor and staff took time to provide quality care to EVERYONE. What a great experience and great teaching lesson for my kid. This truly was a great visit.

He was very nice and thorough, but we kinda wondered if he read our kids chart before coming in the room. We went through this exact experience 3 years ago with him as our surgeon and have a pretty strong family history of collapsed lungs and he kinda talked to us like we had no experience with it.
