The provider was not very forthcoming with information and different treatment options. It was only when I continued to ask for recommended prescriptions or methods of treatment that I received additional information. The provider intention was to write me 1 prescription for a medication that I mentioned and to send me on my way.

I greatly appreciated Dr Nielsen's communication style, her advice on next steps and how thoughtfully she listened to my questions. I am very happy that she will be my care provider going forward.

She also does a wonderful job in explaining everything so that I'm aware of everything. She has excellent bedside manner and I've never felt that she's rushing along. She's also very thorough.
