Tift was amazing! She was so thorough. She talked us through all the things, explained potential outcomes and solutions, then talked us through the outcomes after our procedure. She also treated our boy as if he was her own and it made this mama heart so happy! We will definitely recommend her!!!

I was very disappointed in the amount of time we spent with the doctor. This will cost me hundreds of dollars and yet we spent may 2 minutes with the physician. She looked in his ears very briefly. This is disappointing because we drove 1.5 hours to be seen for 2 minutes.His pediatrician looks in his ears longer than she did for a visit that has nothing to do with ears. The phsycian was very nice but I think this appointment was pointless.

Dr. Tift gave us the answers we have been looking for the past year! She understood why I was worried and reassured me that it was something that my baby can outgrow. Of course, knowing this information when my baby was younger would have been helpful but we are grateful that after being in and out of hospitals and doctor office we were finally able to find our answers. Thank you so much for Dr Tift.

Initially, the care provider did not handle my polite and reasonable feedback well. After stepping out of the room to follow up, she returned and was more empathetic and solutions oriented. Overall, the experience left my child and I feeling uncomfortable and confused.

The DR we saw was absolutely amazing. This was our third ENT in less than a year. She is also the first one to explain in detail what tubes are and why tube surgery had not been rescheduled. I had no idea that since she already had the holes there were no need for tubes at this time. I walked away with so much comfort in knowing everything in detail.

The doctor was very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend and if possible will be looking to go to a different ENT in the future.
