Kathleen Pritchett PA-C

Kathleen Pritchett, PA was wonderful. She listened to all of my concerns and addressed them one by one. She was great at building trust. I will use her for any future ENT needs.

My son saw Kathleen a few weeks ago and it was an absolutely amazing experience. In all of my life, I have never had a Dr/PA that had better bedside manner; especially with a 3 year old child. She was attentive and listened to my concerns (as well as my mom's bc she came to the appointment to help with my infant) and addressed them all. She was SO kind and patient with my son and it truly made the appointment feel like a fun visit (instead of the sterile, dry, transactional way an appointment typically can feel). She is a gem and I hope she never loses that sparkle. It sets her apart from the rest.

Great experience, she seemed really concerns, took notes and address everything that I said. She allowed time for me to ask additional questiosn and she answered all of them thoroughly and to my satisfaction
