Dr. Ramirez and her staff have always been so helpful and kind and good to explain and help me in anyway I need I will highly recommend her and her team to any of my friends and family

Treatment was already determined but I'm unsure why. I am hopeful this was just the end of the day and next visit will be better. I got an accurate description of meds and side effects. I asked questions but I felt my concerns were minimized. She explained my treatment but offered no options or discussion as of why there were no options. I should have ask more questions.

Dr Ramirez is very thorough kind and patient with questions. The staff that works with her are equal critically, courteous, and kind and answer questions thoroughly.

Dr. Ramirez acted very unconcerned with what's going on within my body. Mind you, this has been going on for a year and keeps getting worse yet, the one Dr who is supposed to help me, made me feel like I shouldn't even be there because I'm wasting her time. She also made a comment towards my primary care that made me feel like I shouldn't be seeing this particular primary care provider.
