Julie took the time to explain everything. She answered all of our questions and printed off information to help explain further. She showed concern and care, what more could a worried mother ask for.

She explained things to me in a way I understood and listened to my concerns and any questions I had. She was patient with my son and also included him into the conversation to see how he was feeling and talked to him about the diagnosis.
