Dr. Smith was phenomenal! She's by far my favorite physician that I've seen at Vanderbilt Children's. She was friendly and attentive.

She is the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She really listens and does everything she can to make sure her patients are taken care of!

Whitney was amazing with our daughter and explaining her heart murmur and putting our minds at ease. She was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting answers for further things going on that had nothing to do with her heart murmur. I cannot express enough how much we appreciated Whitney! She is such a kind and caring human!

Very informative, very helpful, very friendly, very personable. Funny thing - the end result as far as diagnosis was really the same as when we left the other cardiologist. However, by the time we were done at Vanderbilt, we felt like we understood the diagnosis, understood that it's a fairly common thing and not something to be worried about. But also, we were given a six week plan for trying to improve my daughter's lightheadedness, which we did not receive at the other place.

Both Mrs. Whitley and her PA student were as sweet as can be and answered all my questions!
