She spent 1.5 hours with my child and addressed every concern. She was kind and yet direct. I had great confidence in our care!

Stephanie always gives us plenty of time to voice our concerns, and answer questions, as well as taking time to check in with us overall. We're fortunate to have her and recommend her very highly.

This was a first visit for the COPE program. It is clear she does not have a background in counseling and lacks the ability to connect with teens. She was not helpful, implied my daughter was just depressed and advised my daughter that she is a negative thinker. We will stick with the licensed and professionally trained therapist that we already have.

Stephanie has always been excellent to listen and find ways to be relatable to my son and his concerns and conditions. She is encouraging and honest. She provides options and allows time for him to think it through and ask questions. I recommend her and the Vandy facility to everyone that asks about our experience and I work in Healthcare at another facility much closer to where we live. I feel like I fell I to favor when we made the choice to come to Vandy and we met Stephanie. Trusting your healthcare provider is essential to healing. She has always made transparency and trust her goal.

Stephanie Spence spent an hour explaining the new development in the disease. We discussed several options for treatment and all possible side effects. We also discussed things to try as far as nutrition.
