There was a nurse in the room and the nurse requested another employee to come and assist her with extracting the object out of my daughter's ear which was a great idea.

Provider was very late to the appointment and throughout the time of the appointment was constantly looking at her watch and trying to rush through our questions. I drove an hour to this appointment and I want full non distracted attention especially when it comes to the health of my son. Do not recommend
