A medical home is more than just a doctor's office. It’s where patients and families develop long-lasting relationships with doctors, nurses, social workers, child psychologists, dermatologists and other health care professionals, all with a shared goal to keep children thriving.

Vanderbilt Children’s Primary Care One Hundred Oaks is one of the largest teams of pediatric primary care experts in Nashville, fully dedicated to children and adolescents with simple to complex medical needs.

When your child needs a more specialized level of pediatric medicine or surgery, you’ll experience seamless, coordinated care and communication between you, your pediatrician and our Monroe Carell specialists. Our new, larger space will let us do more things together, like working with specialists in developmental medicine, integrative psychology, dermatology and ENT. As we care for your child, our research will help us learn new things about children's health.

Making health care as convenient as possible for the families we serve is important to us. We offer street-level parking and extended clinic hours well past normal business hours. Our new clinic space features a dedicated lactation room, expanded waiting areas and an onsite lab.
