Vanderbilt University Medical Center and its affiliates are in-network participants in the local and national health insurance plans listed below.

Several insurance carriers also include Vanderbilt in their individual plans.

Please note: Vanderbilt may not participate in all products offered by an insurance carrier. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to verify your coverage for care delivered at a Vanderbilt facility or physician practice.

Open Enrollment Periods

For those making coverage selections during Open Enrollment season:

• Open enrollment for most employer-offered plans occurs in October and November. For Medicare, open enrollment runs from Oct. 15-Dec. 7. For individual plans under the Affordable Care Act, open enrollment is Nov. 1-Jan. 15.

• We don't expect significant changes in this list for the coverage year starting Jan. 1, 2026.

• We may not participate in all products offered by an insurance carrier and carriers may discontinue products for 2026. As you make your selections during open enrollment, please verify with the insurance carrier that you'll continue to be covered at a Vanderbilt Health facility or physician practice.

• We always accept traditional Medicare.
