Our Cystic Fibrosis Foundation-accredited program is committed to the highest standards with aggressive, guidelines-driven clinical care required for optimal health for our patients with CF. Our team includes experts from across Monroe Carell, including nursing, CF-specific dietitians, pharmacists, physical and respiratory therapists, a mental health coordinator and social workers, as well specialists in pediatric pulmonology, gastroenterology, ENT and endocrinology.
- Comprehensive care
Our clinic provides your family with initial education, comprehensive care and support when your child is diagnosed with cystic fibrosis through newborn screening or later in childhood. We also provide your child with an evaluation and work-up if we suspect but have not yet diagnosed CF. Testing occurs within our clinic and may include sweat chloride testing and/or blood work for genetic testing.
