Pediatric Pharmacy

The mission of the Department of Pharmacy is to promote and provide safe and effective medication therapy for all patients at Monroe Carell. Our team is committed to providing the highest quality of care for you and your child.

    Outpatient Pharmacy

When it comes to medications, children's needs differ from those of adults. Monroe Carell's pharmacists have additional training to help you and your child understand medications and their safe use.

We will work with your doctor to prepare needed medications when your child is discharged. In some units, medications will be delivered to the bedside and a pharmacist will provide specific education and training.

The outpatient pharmacy is located on the second floor of Monroe Carell, near the Friends Shop and the main hospital elevators.
