This provider is nothing short of EXCELLENT! She informed me of the procedure, what to expect and that she would not do anything without first letting me know, of which she did. She was gentle, kind and understanding. She made me feel HEARD and valued as a patient. She also is extremely skilled at the procedure. After, the procedure she advised me what may happen when the lab came back. VUMC Ian's its patients are very fortunate to have such a STELLAR and SKILLED provider.
