We love Dr Fu. He was the very first Vanderbilt Dr my son saw. It was a priority to see him because of my son's rare and life threatening seizures disorder. Dr Fu has from the beginning been extremely knowledgeable in his field. He is very familiar with my son's disorder and its manifestations. He has always listened to me as the parent share every day seizure experiences so he could create the best plan of care for my sons's specific situation building on the detailed work of my son's previous neurologist in another state. Dr Fu was able to step right in and pick up where the other doctor left off never missing a beat on this very complex and rare seizure disorder. We are so grateful to have Dr Fu and we have experienced fewer seizures since working with him. He has been a life line for my son and I am so glad to have his expertise and individualized care for my child. Thank you Dr Fu!

Dr Fu is an excellent listener. He uses the information provided by the parent to co construct the best possible treatment plan for the child. He provides care as if each child in his clinic were his own child. He is extremely patient in answering multiple questions and takes the time to brainstorm solutions to the particular child's issues.

Phenomenal care. Took an unusually long amount of time with us, was thorough and caring. Phenomenal nurses/assistants who played with my son so that I could talk with the doctor in more detail. Thank you!
