Very quick in and out. Provider never asked parents what questions or concerns we have- only read off from the computer screen and informed us of shots happening. Parents brought up needing a referral not once but twice and the provider didn't acknowledge the ask. Parents also informed provider of wanting a test run, provider did not acknowledge or answer when parents stated. Parents asked nurse when she came in to give shots and nurse went back out of the room to ask provider. Provider said test was not needed. Parents both feel like if they are stating they want a test ran the provider should accommodate the ask, or at least notate that the request was denied instead of not acknowledging. Parents were asked about fluoride treatment and stated we were not educated on the research, provider gave a pamphlet on it and said we could decide for next visit. Overall left feeling unheard and rushed out.

She takes very good care of my daughter's health care needs. She's great !!!!
