The nurse practitioner was wonderful. She provided education on our concerns to help us make the best decision for continued care. I felt that she listened and gave us very thorough information. She was calm with our toddler and empathetic to our overall situation.

I feel the position that was assigned to my kids and neglected My son. He was scared to see the doctor so it was a little hard to get his vitals, but we were able to get that done. And I just feel like she didn't diagnose him. Didn't Check his chart thoroughly to see his history that he has heart problems and didn't assess the situation. If one child is sick in the home. The other child is bound to have the same thing I even asked do you think my son could have the same diagnosis as my daughter and I was told no because of his age and that led my son to have to go to the ER four days later and he did indeed have the same thing my daughter had she failed us she failed as a Physician.

Excellent professional, we scheduled the 9-month appointment with the same NP, because we were very satisfied in the consultation with her performance, with her attention and the explanations she provided about my baby's condition, it was exceptional
