She was great. Listened to our concerns, explained to us the possible causes, and ensured we were satisfied with the treatment. She was kind and courteous, also answered our questions, and explained to us the diagnosis.

This was for a physical so the time was adequate and straightforward. We are scheduled in the future to see Manda again.
