I have really appreciated Sandra over the years, but her time management is lacking. It's gotten worse over the years, and this experience - from being made to wait 90 mins In a room to be seen, to my urine sample being lost and then not being informed about it the follow up has been nonexistent. I wound up In the ER this weekend because of the symptoms that Id gone In for were not handled correctly at my PCP! I don't believe I'm going to return.
