She was ok but not good. Initial encounter was good but after hearing the basics of our situation, she told us to keep up our current treatments and see her back in 3 months. She was not clear with explanations and was hurrying us to leave, despite there being maybe only one other patient waiting and another practitioner in the office. She admitted to not preparing for our appointment because it was inconvenient for her to pull up our records and the pre-appointment survey where I spent significant time detailing my daughter's condition.

NP Ashley was amazing. She connected with our child by speaking to her in a way she would understand as well as addressing parents concerns too

Amber has excellent bedside manner. She made my child feel very comfortable. Amber offered two different options for treatment. It was nice to offered more than one options. As a mother, it was nice to be included in the treatment option decision.
