The NP took her time and answered all of our questions and did not make us feel rushed. She took her time to explain things with us.

Very thorough and not rushed

Jordan was great. This is our second round of reflux with my daughter, and I felt like she was very thorough in talking through next steps, recommending follow-up, and addressing my current concerns.

She was one of the best provider ma we have seen over this issue! She seemed knowledgeable and concerned. She made me feel confident that we are making progress on an issue we've been dealing with for almost 2 years when no one else has offered many answers.
