The Office of Inclusion and Health Equity is a joint office that Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt and the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine Department of Pediatrics created. It is meant to meet the needs of patients and families from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
We are committed to our values of inclusion and equity as the foundation of effective care. We believe our individual differences are a strength that encourages culturally sensitive care and equal opportunity for all employees.
