I had a very disappointing experience with this Nurse Practitioner. She did not take my concerns seriously and repeatedly dismissed what I was saying. I came in specifically requesting an allergy test for my child, but she refused to provide it. Instead, she continuously insisted on ordering a test I did not ask for, related to environmental causes such as roaches or pets. I explained multiple times that we do not have roaches or pets, but she ignored me and kept pushing that route.She also kept recommending more steroid creams and frequent bathing - both of which are approaches that one of the top clinics in the U.S. strongly advise against for eczema management. I came prepared, knowing the research and the experiences of many parents who have seen the benefits of allergy testing in relation to eczema, yet she dismissed this entirely.Her unwillingness to listen, refusal to provide the requested allergy test, and reliance on outdated or questionable treatment advice made this visit extremely frustrating. As a parent who knows my child best, I felt unheard and disregarded. I cannot recommend her to anyone who truly loves or cares for their child.

I never feel rushed with Lauren Carlson. She's kind, very knowledgeable, considerate, and always listens to any concerns.
