She was very nice and clear with what she was explaining to me, I understood everything she said and answered all my concerns

The intake nurse was an absolute delight. The doctor in training was pleasant. When we got to the doctor. My concerns were very politely dismissed. We didn't get the testing I specifically came for that my primary doctor sent us there for to begin with. She in her nicest manners told me that I was dumb and she knows better than the rest of us. We have been to many of Vanderbilts specialists lately trying to figure out what's going on with my dauther and one other was dismissive, but this visit by far was the worst. It felt like the biggest waste of time and opportunity. We left feeling unheard. And while she did her duty of making sure we understood, she still very politely told me she also thought our visit was a waste of time. Her time.

We love Dr Dorris. Out of all the doctors we have seen across all different specialties, she is by far our favorite. Before leaving, my daughter asked me if Dr. Dorris could be her doctor for all her needs (meaning other specialists). I explained she could only focus on allergy :)
