I think Dr Froehler is a great doctor but I have been disappointed by the communication. I have a brain aneurysm and after the procedure to diagnose this, the doctor did not talk to my husband. I had to send several messages via the portal to get his nurse to call me back. I know he is busy but as a patient this is hard.

Very clinical and stoic, with a bedside manner that felt a bit cold and lacking in empathy. I initially felt like my concerns were being written off rather than heard. Although my concerns were ultimately acknowledged, I wish there had been more compassion and understanding from the beginning.

Dr. Froehler is the best. He's so personal and professional, makes you comfortable and takes the time to assure you of any concerns you might have. He's an exceptional surgeon, person, and I would not want to go to anyone else.

Dr. Froehler explained things very clearly and gave us plenty of opportunity ask questions.

Great explanation as to the condition I was diagnosed with at the hospital -very professional, easy to understand explanation, left the visit comfortable with the diagnosis.

Dr. Froehler treated me like I was completely wasting his time. He was condescending when referring to the provider that sent me to him. He spent very little time with me and minimized my actual condition and reason for the visit as it is just life. The visit was for a potential aneurysm which he told me I don't have, which is good. But then told me to basically live with the pain because lots of people have headaches but that's not my specialty. Held his hand out to then dismiss me from the appt. I left the appt frustrated, embarrassed and angry. I would not recommend him to anyone.
