Excellent work on the part of the doctor

Nurse Karp is amazing. She remembered (or refreshed her memory with my child's chart right before coming in) well past concerns and asked if we had further questions about them. She also asked my child how she was doing and asked me, the mother, if I needed to discuss any concerns with her (nurse Karp) in private. I greatly appreciated this level of care both for my child's wellbeing and and for the availability to further talk to me, the parent.

I feel The doctor always goes above and beyond to make sure I understand everything and that she understands everything.
