We just moved here from California so you can imagine transferring care to a new doctor is a little stressful. Dr. Matlock was absolutely amazing. I cannot explain that enough. She sat with us went through all the questions we had. She explained everything. She has an amazing personality. My daughter is extremely shy and she made her smile and made her feel comfortable.

Dr. Matlock was incredible. She was so kind and considerate. She took time to answer every question we had (there were a lot) and was very informative. We never felt rushed or like were a bother. We left feeling confident about the care plan that was put in place.

She was very nice and patient. Most importantly, she repeatedly reassured my daughter that everything was okay and that we were just wanting clarification on what her body was going through. She was careful not to alarm her and I really appreciate that.

I don't feel like she really took the time to address the reason we were there. She just looked at growth charts and said she thought he was fine and we waited too late to do anything. She said she could do an xray but it wouldn't change anything. Obviously our pediatrician thought there was more going on and we needed to see endocrinology, and I feel that more could have and should have been done to see if there was anything that could be done to help his growth. He still looks and Is built like 4 years younger than his age, but everything is good and that's the way it's going to be? I feel like more testing should've been done to see why he looks& is built younger looking and not growing like other kids his age
