Staff and doctors are always concern about her health

We loved our doctor. She was amazing with my daughter and spoke to her on her level. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of.

While I found the doctor very knowledgeable, the bedside manner was lacking. The doctor came in spitting out facts so fast about a new diagnosis, without explaining them very well. I didn't have time to even comprehend all the facts to know whether or not I had any questions. She also assumed I knew my daughter had elevated numbers since August/September, to which I did not. At an appointment in August/September, I was led to believe this wasn't anything to be worried about because it was probably just a fluke or something wrong with how her blood was drawn. I was told then we would just need to get them checked againnot that anything was urgent. I believe the assumption that I knew led to the lack of bedside manner.
