Dr. Carter is an Amazing doctor! She Always goes above, & beyond the call of duty for her patients, & caretakers. She Always has a smile on her face, & Is Always so nice, kind, patient, & thorough. Dr. Carter is Great with kids, especially those with Special Needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Carter.
